When any of us go out, what do we do. We groom ourselves. But why. What is the need to groom? Why spend ours in the dressing room or in front of the mirror and just toy with hair and nails? Then dive in. 

Grooming is what you do to make your appearance look good, for example, grooming your hair, trimming your nails, etc. Grooming is done before a formal event or party to make one look good—formal events like funerals, galas, and black-tie events. People who perform need special grooming, and even athletes are groomed. People also groom for a few minutes before a regular day. In some cases, however, grooming can take three hours. 

Grooming can help in many ways. Grooming helps boost our confidence. Enhancing our look outside can help enhance our inner selves. It also changes personality. A strong look is a strong personality, and a bad look is a bad personality. Surprisingly, grooming can also help enhance our hygiene. Somehow there is a positive correlation between health and being well groomed. Grooming also change others view of ourselves.

Developing the habit of grooming sounds like a tedious task. I mean, most of us live a life of hustle and bustle. However, we can start grooming step by step, one day at a time. It can just be combing your hair or trimming a nail, but it will eventually stick.

In the end, grooming is a life essential. Without grooming, no matter who anybody is, even if ne/she were the smartest person, that person would be rejected in every way. So now, we have all learnt the essentials of grooming, and according to me, each and every person should groom themselves.
